ENG starts defensive waiting on the middle line for the NED attacks. NED have no ideas in the first minutes, and ENG earns the first penalty corner in the 3th minute. The flick is saved on the goal line by a NED defense player. The following penalty corner for ENG is also saved. ENG with more pressure and Joseph Finiding has the great chance to score for ENG inthe 6th minute, but his flick misses the goal. ENG in this period with advantages because of their compact and agressive style. But ENG are producing no more chances out of this advantage. NED is trying to be dangerous by dribblings.
In the 19th minute the at this moment surprising lead for NED. Bob von Voogds scores with a shot in the left side corner.
NED now in getting more control of the game, and Lucas Siebibga misses the goal after a fine solo by Lucas Haar.
England has no more dangerous scenes in this period of the game.
Close to half time NED has a penalty corner. Mink van der Weerdens hard flick finds its way in the ENG goal. 2:0 for NED.

More balanced game in the last quarter of the game and chances on both sides. The last ENG penalty corner in the 57th and the last NED penalty corner in the 60th without any changes in the score.
